Who we are
The Property Home is an international property sales portal operated by Cypanet ([email protected]). This policy explains what we collect and why, whether you are a buyer browsing or enquiring about a property or an agent managing listings.
Buyers
Browsing, comparing and shortlisting properties needs no account and stores your shortlist only in your own browser, so nothing is saved on our side. If you send an enquiry, we pass the details you give us (name, email, phone and message) to the listing agent by email, with a copy to our admin inbox for quality checks. We do not resell, share or trade enquiries with anyone else.
Agents
When you register, we collect your agency name, contact name, email, phone and country to verify you and display your public profile. Your account details and listings are stored in our database, and listing uploads are stored in managed file storage. API keys you generate let approved agents create and update their own listings; treat them like passwords.
Retention and rights
We keep records only as long as needed for the platform to work: agent profiles and listings while active, and enquiry copies while following up on quality. You can ask us to correct or delete anything we hold about you by emailing us. You can also withdraw a listing or close your agent account at any time.
