The rules for using The Property Home as a buyer or an agent.
The platform
The Property Home displays listings from independent local estate agents. We are a listings and enquiry platform: we verify agents before they publish, but we do not own the properties, act as an intermediary in sales, or provide legal or conveyancing advice. Contracts for any viewing or purchase are made directly between you and the agent.
Listings and accuracy
Agents are responsible for the content, photos, price and availability of their own listings. We keep agents verified and listings marked sold or withdrawn up to date, but always confirm details with the listing agent before relying on them. Report anything inaccurate to our admin team and we will follow it up.
For buyers
Use the site to browse, shortlist and enquire about real properties. Don ’t use enquiry forms for spam, marketing to agents, or abusive messages, and don’t scrape or reuse listings or photos without the agent’s permission.
For agents
You may list properties you genuinely have authority to market, with photos you have permission to use. Listings must describe the property honestly and be kept current: mark sold or withdrawn properties promptly. We can remove listings or suspend an agency account that breaks these rules; a banned agency’s listings stop being visible immediately.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential. Access shared through your credentials counts as your responsibility. Regenerating key material (for example, an API key from your dashboard) revokes the old one immediately.
